Return policy

The customer may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The return must be formalized by email to the address tonline@sargadelos01.des2.net , always mentioning the online order number. The customer will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product to the following address:

Returns will be accepted after verifying the good condition of the returned items and their packaging. The amount paid by the Customer, less the shipping costs, will be refunded. Refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase (within a maximum of 30 days). Consequently, SARGADELOS reserves the right not to accept returns of products without prior notice, as mentioned above, and that do not meet the same conditions of conformity as on the date of delivery to the Buyer (specifically, products that have been subject to any type of use, processing, damage, and/or are missing their original packaging/accessories/add-ons).

Furthermore, if the customer believes that the claim does not comply with the terms of the Contract, they must contact SARGADELOS within two business days of receiving the claim. In this case, the customer must expressly state the reasons for their complaint. The website's support team www.sargadelos01.des2.net will coordinate with the Client the procedure for returning the merchandise. If justified, Sargadelos will assume the return costs.
