Where the order is received

The order will be delivered to the address you indicated when placing the order.

Delivery times

The average shipping time is 3-5 business days within mainland Spain. If items are out of stock, the estimated delivery time is 30 days from the date of purchase confirmation. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping price

Shipping costs will depend on the final weight of your order and the area to which it is to be shipped.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order online and will be shown to you before confirming. The cost includes insurance against breakage, loss, or theft. To report an incident, in the event of breakage, you must send a message to tonline@sargadelos01.des2.net within 48 hours of receiving the package and attach a photo of the damaged item.

Shipping costs will be €6.90 on the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Shipping will be free for orders over €89.

For international shipments, the cost varies by area. The amount is automatically calculated and reflected in the order before finalizing the purchase.
