General Conditions of Use of the Sargadelos Virtual Gift Card

The Virtual Gift Card (the Card) is the property of its issuer (hereinafter, SARGADELOS), whose identity appears in the email sending the virtual Card, its bearer being a mere custodian thereof.

Virtual card is on sale at www.sargadelos.com 

The Card allows you to purchase any item for sale on the website www.sargadelos.com 

The card will be valid for 3 months.

The Card cannot be used on the website www.sargadelos.com from a country other than the one in which it was purchased.

The Card can be paid for using any of the payment methods accepted in the www.sargadelos.com stores , depending on where the Card was purchased. Under no circumstances may it be paid for with another gift card.

The Card balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Unused Card balances cannot be returned.

Refunds of cards purchased through the website www.sargadelos.com for other countries will not be accepted.

The Card can be used as many times as desired until the total amount for which it was issued is exhausted.

The available balance on the Card at any given time is the difference between the available balance immediately prior to making a purchase and the corresponding amount used to pay for that purchase. If the purchase exceeds the available balance on the Card, the difference may be paid through any payment method accepted at www.sargadelos.com .

The available balance on the Card can be checked at www.sargadelos.com . Unless otherwise proven, the available balance on the Card at any given time will be the balance shown on the checklist at www.sargadelos.com.

Products purchased with the Card at www.sargadelos.com are subject to the exchange and return policy of said website.

If applicable, the refund for the amount of products purchased with the Card that are returned will be made as follows:

1. By increasing the available balance on the Card, provided that the Card exists at the time of the return.

2. The reimbursement methods established in this section are an essential condition, and are therefore considered expressly accepted with the acquisition and/or use of the Card.

SARGADELOS shall not be liable for non-receipt or delay in receipt of the Card by its recipient for reasons beyond the control of SARGADELOS, including, but not limited to, (i) deficiencies or collapse of telecommunications lines or systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur due to any of the circumstances mentioned in (i), (iii) inaccuracy of the data of the recipient of the Card provided by the purchaser of said Card, (iv) the impossibility of delivering the Card to the email account provided or (v) the consideration of the email sent by SARGADELOS as spam or unwanted mail.

Cards originally obtained illegally will be void, cannot be used to purchase goods, and their value will not be refunded.

The Card may not be used for advertising purposes or to promote products or services marketed by third parties other than the issuer of this Card, unless previously authorized in writing by the issuer.

The acquisition and/or use of the Card implies full acceptance of these general conditions, which were delivered at the time of acquisition of the Card and are available in SARGADELOS stores and at www.sargadelos.com
